We are looking for friendly individuals to learn our products and services, help our customers and solve their problems.
Your Responsibilities
You will respond to support tickets submitted by our customers, debug the problems on installed Octeth products, be active on Octeth forums answering user questions and be in close contact with the rest of the team sharing the feedbacks provided by users.

- Work Hours: Monday to Friday. 5 days 10am-7pm

- Excellent written and oral English communication skills – specifically the ability to explain technical concepts in plain English
- A broad technical curiosity and proven technical understanding.
- Proven, creative problem solving skills and a strong desire to learn
- A proactive team player who is solution oriented with a common sense approach
